My last claim took a year and a half to resolve, ending up with the smallest award.
The whole system, from the very first phone call to the last, is full of non/mis-information, malpractice, uncooperative/stalling tactics wrapped in an overly beaurocratic regime, who's philosophy has little concern for health, well-being and peoples (and their families) quality of life!
I'm sorry but I cannot go through that again. But I'd like to say that I so admire you guys that do stick with it and I really wish you the very best of luck!
It's a complete disgrace that the government of this country allow this"system" to operate in such an unjust manner.
