Called again, still not received. Was advised that I should call atos and request another copy to be sent. My daughter said to them should you not be doing this? They said no it was up to me to do it. Called atos who said they will send it. According to them it will be sent by royal mail and will take 4 days then further few days to be scanned onto dwp system. I thought it was all electronically sent over?

An electronic copy is sent and then a printed version. There has been some discussion previously on the forum about the Assessment Provider's ability to re-send the electronic copy.

Called back up today. Report was received yest yayyy!
