Wanted to ask how to get ESA to do a telephone assessment as I cannot travel to them as i have anxiety depression and panic attacs or to do a home assessment I have provided a GP letter that a home visit is advisable as I cannot travel and PIP accepted this letter and did a home visit.

I'm afraid they cannot do a phone assessment.

A home assessment will require a letter from your GP explaining why you cannot attend at their offices.
