All of the guides are available via the
Members Only Guieds link on the left of this page and towards the top. just click on this and select the benefit that you are interested in.
You will need to download the guides to your PC before you can read them, so click on the link for a guide, your browser should ask "save | save as | cancel", select "save as" and select a place on your computer that you can easily find. Once downloaded you should be invited to "open" the document.
