Currently completing an ESA50 02/17 re-assessment form for my son on Mental cognitive and intellectual grounds. Last assessment was Feb 15 and was put in WRAG. Applied for PIP and assessed in Jun 15 (review Jun 17)- only awarded Mobility and was 2 points short of living element. I did not appeal (perhaps I should). Do the DMs base their decision only on the Atos report, or do they read the forms and take into account what the claimant has said? Now concerned that the PIP will go against the ESA re-assessment. Do I have any need for concern? I am using the guides to complete the ESA50 for the best possible outcome. Also, do they look at the original ESA claim and compare?
