Is this the date you 1st make the phone call?
I made the 1st call on the 18th Jan, but my back-pay is from the 2nd Feb which is the date they sent me the pip2 form.
I was under the impression that the start of claim date would be the 18th Jan? I cannot see any sound information about this anywhere.
For a new claim for PIP (not a "transfer" from DLA), it should be the date that the PIP1 was completed, usually the day that the initial phone call is made.
Contact the DWP about it.
