For Gordon please

Hi Gordon, I have been in contact with the tech dept via email and they have replied that as it is a problem to do with my personal info and the forum I need to consult a mod. Is there a way Gordon I can do this not on the public forum please, I will not need a reply to the problem once it is rectified.

Post your question with a header of "please do not post in forum".

If I can deal with it without replying I will just delete your post, if it requires a reply then I'll make your content "confidential" so no one else can see it.
