You should be able to find your previous posts by clicking on your forum name, the following is a list of your current posts
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/forum/profile?view=user&userid=169126 You can change to a Paper appeal at any time by notifying the Tribunal Service but be aware that statistically the likelihood of success is a lot lower so if you can manage the telephone appeal then it would be to your advantage to do so.
If you do switch then make sure that all of your evidence and testimony is already with the TS as you will not be notified of when the hearing will occur.
