PIP assesment was created by Jannigran
Hi,
Finally got date for f2f on 28\6, however I am a bit confused and would appreciate if someone can help.
I use a prescribed wheelchair , I may be reading this wrong but are you penalised for using one outdoors. Indoors I use walking sticks and a rollator.
I had a WCA and was awarded ESA contribution based in support group 10\2014 as I have a feeling that they will be revisiting this soon am I too late to request a copy of the assessment as I was unaware that you could do this.
Kind thoughts to everyone who is going through this proccess.
Thanks in advance x

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

PIP does not consider the use of a wheelchair only the claimants ability to stand and them move (walk), so if you use a wheelchair because you cannot do this then you need to concentrate on explaining why this is the case.
The ESA report may still be available, although it is likely to be offsite in storage by now. Try contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim and if that fails then try a Subject Access Request.
