Is there an automatic entitlement to a blue badge for someone with day and night attendance allowance ?

I am afraid not, automatic entitlement is dependant on a suitable Mobility award and AA does not have one of these. You can make a direct application to your Local Authority, see

www.gov.uk/apply-blue-badge

The criteria are similar to those in place for DLA.
