ESA outcome was created by BS65
PHEW phew and phew..!!! -out of the blue in April received the dreaded ESA renewal forms knowing the date meant it came under new rules. Having previously been in the support group and determined to fight them all the way even before the fight began, we spent ages going through your guides and followed them, repeated bits when answering various questions, and enclosed diaries along with medical evidence/supportive letters.
Got brown envelope today and am relieved to be kept in the support group without having to attend an ESA f2f "medical" for a further 18 months.
many thanks to all you wonderful diamond people at B&W

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

That's terrific news, well done.

Did the letter actually say 18 months as it would be unusual for a Decision Letter to mention any period of award.

no, like last time there was no time period on the letter. I phoned them up, and after a 40 minute wait got through and asked them outright for how long, they told me 18 months on the phone.

thanks so much, keep up the brilliant work
