Hi Gordon...A hypothetical question for you (you know me).
My appeal request has now gone off. Just doing my submission with a solicitor from CAB.
I got no points for anything on my assessment. If say at appeal I get 8 points for moving around, at a later date could I apply for the enhanced even though I am 67?
Once a claimant reaches 65 they cannot receive an increased Mobility award even if they meet the criteria for one. So if an appeal makes a Standard award then you cannot receive the Enhanced rate.
