Just wondering. I read sometime back that a test case was been taking against the PIP for discrimation against those with mental illness when it came to the travel component of PIP (paraphrasing, hope I got it right)
Can anyone give us an update on the case, I'm actually thinking of a friend who has type 1 bipolar.
I believe CPAG were considering a challenge, I'm not aware of any updates, in truth it is far too early to hear, it will be the end of the year at best.
