My husband lost everything on tranfer from DLA high rate care & mobility indefinite award. The assessment ignored multiple evidence reports and letters sighting cognitive impairments & minor but multiple physical disabilities.
Mandatory appeal was refused.
We put in for the appeal also at same time applled for me to get power of attorney/ DWp appointee statue for him. This has been granted should I send this to the tribunal as evidence of the assessor lies as to no mental health or cognitive impairment?
Yes, include the appointeeship information, it is an acceptance by the DWP that your husband cannot manage his affairs and should count as direct evidence in regard the Making decisions about money activity.
