Ignored request for home assessment: what next?

Hi!

In my esa50 form I requested a home assessment and made it clear why relating to my mental health issues. They've ignored it completely and given me an appointment at an assessment centre. Is there anything i can do?

I'm so upset because it's reminded me of all the negative experiences people have had with this system and my mental health is falling apart even more already. My brain is half panicking trying to think of a job any job I could do to avoid this and the other half is thinking more permanent solutions to the worrying

I need to calm down but I'm freaking out.
