Hello I am current in receipt of Carers allowance. I have decided to rent my home to a family via an agent who I have paid a finder fee for.
Is this money from the rental seen as "income"? I had gathered that it is seen as "investment" and therefore not earned income. I have currently not declared it as I have only let from this month.
