Hi I recently won appeal from work group to support group. I received a letter three weeks later confirming this, however I was expecting them to give me a review date, or to let me know how long the award was for, as I have heard of people on this site stating the length of time of their awards. My appeal letter recommended that I am not reviewed for at least two years, which I am aware probably means nothing to DWP. After all the stress I was hoping for a review date. I am very reluctant to phone and ask them and would they even tell me anyway ? Thanks for your help.
ESA is an indefinite award so there is no defined review date, however, if you contact the DWP hotline they can tell you the likely reassessment date from your computer record.
