Capita home visit due at 1.00 pm on 15th June 2017 ,at 1.30 no sign phone Capita told to wait one hour.After one hour phoned Capita back told no one is coming because held up. Letter came to say visit on the 20th of July 2017 at 9.15am .Chap from capita arrived at 8.50am.Did not read evidence i had ,then made me carry out stupid hand behind neck and back.What a joke this system is i am 69 this year and missed the 65 deadline by 6 months.
