hi i had my asesment at home a week ago i phoned dwp for a copy of assesors report and they said they have not received it yet is this a normal thing thanks

Assessment reports should be with the DWP no later than a couple of days after the face to face, it could be that it has not been registered as received and it could have been held for auditing by the Assessment Provider, I would give the AP a ring to see what is going on.
