Hope you can help. I have a friend who received standard care rate form award 2016. He did not have to attend health assessment. He now has a review. We are marking as no change. As he has suicidal history and sectioned phychosis is there a law reference i should give, if he is asked to attend medical, which is dangerous for both him and the assessor.

You need to explain why they cannot attend at an Assessment Provider's offices with illustrations of what would happen if they did, but the only way that a home assessment will be offered is for their GP to write to the AP explaining why they cannot attend.
