PIP stopped

hello, can anyone please help with this? Just received the decision to stop my PIP, so will write to request mandatory reconsideration. Do I have to ask for a copy of the face to face assessment at the same time? thanks.

It will certainly be useful to see a copy of the face2face assessment, DWP usually send them out on request. However, don't wait for this if it would take you beyond the 1 month allowed for automatic acceptance of the MR request. If it has not arrived you can tell DWP that you will send in more details when you have seen it and they should allow you more time.
