After a recent f2f assessment I rang DWP 8 days later to ask for a copy and they checked and hadn't yet received the report. They offered to put a note on my file to send me a copy as soon as they received it. I didn't hold out much hope and thought I would have to ring them again in another week, but much to my surprise I received it by post from the DWP just under 2 weeks from the f2f. I suspect there are delays either in Capita sending the paperwork or in DWP "booking in" the paperwork and filing it. I believe some people have been told by DWP that they won't send the assessment report until after they have sent the award letter, but there appeared to be no problem when I asked. I still haven't had the award letter but expect that will be another two weeks or so because a friend who had his f2f 2 weeks before me just received his award yesterday.
