2 questions on my esa review received after nearly 4 years. do i need a sick note from my dr and i am due to go in for a full knee replacement within the next 4 weeks do i have to complete the form as i will be out of action for a while. thank you
You don't need a Fit Note as this is covered by your existing award.
You must complete the form and return it by the required date, failing to do so will almost certainly lead to your claim being closed.
This is a full reassessment of your claim with a strong likelihood of a face to face assessment. Please make use of the current ESA Claim guides as at the least there have been updates to the DWP guidance and depending on when you were last assessed, changes to the Descriptors and Regulations.
If you have any further questions then please reply to this post and we will do our best to help.
