My wife has just received her letter saying that she has to confirm by 18th August whether she wants to change from DLA to PIP. On reading your news section about the delays in this process what do you think the likely timescale will be before it starts?
It seems that some claimants are waiting many weeks for assessments. It is entirely possible that any PIP award will not come into effect until the end of the year or even later.
