Hi, do i have to do/send a written submission before the hearing? Or things can go ahead with just the general bundle of papers and Grounds of Appeal info? Bit confused about it all, think i can send in anything extra up to a week before hearing, the claimant needs to respond to the bundle of papers? Thanks.

You have a further opportunity to provide new testimony and evidence to your appeal, it's up to you whether you make use of this, your appeal can be decided on the papers currently available. If you do decide to send more information then it needs to be with the Tribunal Service no later than seven days before the date of the hearing.
