My pip was reassessed and stopped, have sent mandatory reconsideration
I'm in ESA support! My ESA was halved almost as not getting pip anymore!! Do I appeal for reconsideration to both???? Thank you regards j

As previously explained, the reduction in your ESA is due to the removal of your PIP award, so even if you did appeal the ESA reduction, you would lose because at this this time the Decision has been correctly made.
You need to concentrate on challenging the PIP Decision, if you again receive the PIP Daily Living component then your ESA will be increased again.

I am going to appeal about PIP (got my date today Yay!!) But they have not interfered with my ESA, I think when ask for mandatory appeal and then appeal it, it all has to stay the say till the judgement is in. Unsure, but this is what has happened in my case
