Put in tribunal appeal for sons DLA on 1st June. I have received the bundle from DWP. So its been a 3 month wait so far - any idea how long waits are for attending tribunals? Also my son is 15, will he need to attend with me as I haven't been told. Thankfully I will have an advocate with me. Thanks
As the boy is 15 he is in a grey area for attending, contact the Judge allocated to his appeal via the Clerk of the Court for a direction on whether he needs to attend or not. It will depend on his conditions and how much distress it will cause.
