I have just been changed from CB ESA to IR ESA,all well and good,but Im curious about the line in the award letter saying "The amounts on this page apply from 1 August 2017 to 27 November 2017".Is this likely to mean a new WCA? I did contact DWP six months ago to see when my next reassment would be and was told March 2018.What do you think?,Thanks a lot.

The November date is an administrative date used by the DWP for the payment of the Christmas Bonus, it does not reflect when you will be reassessed except by coincidence.
