hi all, i returned my esa reassessment form February 1st 2017 and to this date have heard nothing at all no phone call or letter about a wca or paper assessment, is this normal now?. i am still receiving esa payments as usual.

You can try contacting Maximus for an update, they may be able to give you an idea of waiting times in your area. I'm afraid there are considerable delays in this part of the ESA assessment process.
