My wife is undergoing the DLA to PIP review and has been asked to attend an assessment. The appointment was made by phone (the original appointment was for a home visit, but it was not possible for her to be available on that day and they could not offer a replacement appointment at home, so we had to accept one at an assessment centre) and they said full details would follow, but that it would be in Worcester. However, on the Capita website there is no mention of a centre in Worcester only Birmingham, which is a long way from where we live. Has anyone been to a Capita assessment in Worcester?
I know that they also have pop up centres but I am concerned we may have to travel a long way which will cause a lot of pain for my wife. Many thanks in advance for any help on this issue.
