My son was placed in the WRAG last year. We have received form ESA50 to complete once more.. As my son's situation is still the same with no change in his circumstances nor any new evidence to forward, is it possible to just copy the form completed from last year?

Yes, but I would advise you to still have a read through the ESA Claim guides as you complete the form, there have been some changes to the DWP guidance over the last 12-18 months.
