Help my partnered mandatory reconsideration came back with a refusal to change the original decision they managed to have an answer for everything we raised but failed to explain how the degenerative condition she has has managed to get better we are appealing however as we are short of time haven't got a representative yet can anybody recommend one in north east area around Sunderland
