Capita have said they are going to ring my carer about my PIP claim. I am concerned about this and asked them to put it in writing.
They refused and said they have to do it over the phone.
Is this correct ?

I can understand why they want to talk to them rather than write, a letter means they can only ask one set of questions and no follow up ones.
