I have been in receipt of dla for a number of years due to severe anxiety and depression and was also diagnosed with degenerative spine last year. I have my capita assessment in a couple of weeks for pip at home but I'm so worried I won't be able to speak and I will be an absolute wreck. I am virtually housebound and I don't interact with people esp strangers. A family member will be present but I'm so worried this is going to affect my assessment. Please help
