My full name is showing, how can I stop it?
There could be lots of reasons why they did not do a physical test, your distress could be one, your physical limitations may be obvious, they may have felt there was enough evidence that they did not need to bother.
You should be able to request a copy of the assessment report by contacting the DWP office dealing with your claim, give it a couple of days from the assessment.
PIP Decisions are taking around 2-4 weeks.
