I had esa asessment in jan 2017 and failed then went to tribunal in July 2017 and was in court 5 mins and won, the judge said they shouldn’t asses me again for 12 months. I have received a new claim form to fill in and return by 27th Oct 2017 already. They told lies in my original WCA, can I have the new asessment recorded in some way ?
