Yes I just ticked the 50 - 200m box.
When out I haven't injured myself when I start to lurch around (as far as I can remember)
but it's not safe and it's certainly not normal. I can also (humm...sorry) soil myself when overwhelmed and find it difficult to communicate.
I get shattered quickly in an extreme way when out, but this is also in daily life at home.
The PTSD causes huge amounts of cortisol and adrenalin to be released into the bloodstream
and this is what causes the physical affects apparently. My brain and then body start to close down.
Sorry if this is rambling, but hope it gives a better picture?

The Moving Around activity is all about the distance so you really need to make a statement about the distance that you can manage rather than letting it fall into a range as broad as 50m-200m. Then you need to explain why this is the maximum distance and what stops you going further.

Be aware that they will have looked at the activities that you do, so for example if you go shopping or attend hospital appointments without too much difficulty then this will count against you.
