I was recently rewarded pip for fibromyalgia & today I received a form from HMRC enquiring about whether this puts me at a disadvantage for getting work . I'm not really sure I understand the form. Has anyone else with Fibromyalgia dealt with this form?

This is not an area that we deal with but I assume that you are currently receiving Tax Credits and the enquiry is to see whether you would be eligible for the Disability element to be paid. The following may help
