Pip tribunal evidence was created by Leon64
Just a quick query, when one receives the evidence from PIP for a tribunal case, is the evidence from the GP report usually included, or just referenced by PIP? Thanks

The DWP bundle should include all of the documents used in the making of the Decision, if there is no GP report then they didn't ask for one.
