Thank you Gordon. I am going to try to forget all about this until the New Year because the stress and worry is making me ill. It's good to know I can appeal, I thought there was no other recourse for me. One question though, is there an organisation that might be able to help me with this because I feel out of my depth mentally speaking.

Help is becoming increasingly difficult to find, try an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county or county, you can also try any charities that specialise in your conditions.
