Morning everyone.
In February this year I went through the gruelling process and stress of PiP assessment. Luckily I was awarded the Higher Rates without appeal.
I have been claiming ESA since around 2012 after the most horrific appeal battle.
I have just received another claim form. Surely if you've been put through a pip assessment by an independent company recently, why do you have to go through it all again?? I appreciate they are two different benefits but surely they should have access to the reports? The though of going through all this yet again makes me feel physically sick. I cannot believe what everyone is being put through......

I'm afraid the criteria for the two benefits is too different for a report from a PIP claim to substitute for an ESA assessment.
