Any one wondering on timescale to get carers allowance after getting upgrade to enhanced rate its now 12 weeks waiting.....dont you love the English Tories

I rang today only to find out no Christmas joy

And appeals in London region 21 weeks

I have seen reports of long wait times on other forums but with no clear idea of how wait time actually are.
