Ok thanks no hes not trained doctor has come in again im now on diazepam because of my nerves due to what im suffering i could attend a tribunal i cant walk due to severe vertigo so he would have to go on my behalf am i entitled to anything else i get esa and i need day to day care i have bad panick attacks and hiperventilate could he move in to care for me he works and lives 40 miles away i have no one else ?Vivien.

If you cannot attend then you have the option of switching to a Paper hearing that you do not need to go to, but be aware, statistically you are less likely to receive the award you want.
I think it very unlikely that your friend will be allowed to attend on your behalf, but you can write to the Judge in charge of your appeal and ask permission for them to do so.

ok i do no a lady couldnt attend herself,her husband went on her behalf she won i no in my case im housebound thats why they come to assess me,cant penailise me for that.
