My Neuro psychologist has already wrote a supporting letter but they are now asking for a factual report from my GP what can I ask from my GP to write for me
Taking your post literally, you should not ask your GP to write anything, doing so could undermine the report.
A better approach would be for you to speak to your GP to see if they have any questions about how your illnesses effect you.
