Hello .I don't know if I am writing this in right place,because first time. I am wondering if you can help me please.I had to do change from dla indefinite award to plp.form had to be back by 16th November..was sent back in time..contacted them today to see if they received it.and said received on the 14th.but it's now gone off to medical board and will hear in about 6 weeks.could you please explain what they mean.a lot of evidence was sent with form Thankyou

All PIP claims are assessed by IAS (formerly ATOS) or Capita based on postcode. This does not mean that you will have a face to face although I have to warn you that only about 1 in 10 claims are assessed on paper only.
