Welcome to Benefits and Work There's no standard format to the questions asked at an appeal, all I can tell you is that they will be asking you about your problems completing the PIP activities and why you have them.
Have a look at the following video, it's for ESA and is staged, but it will give you an idea of how a hearing is carried out.
