Thank you Gordon, I need assistance getting in and out of the bath/shower which I repeated in my form and the original assessor noted. I just can't believe another assessor has on their own opinion without even doing an assessment made assumptions. I have no doubt this will end up going to the tribunal again. We have contacted citizens advice to see if they assist me. Can the previous tribunals decision information be used when appealing?
