Great Xmas present. Needs to be filled in and returned by Jan ...and I will be 64 .....only another yer to go before I would get a State Pension! I will be spending Xmas reading your guides!

I don't think the DWP systems take account of the age of the claimant, we had another member sent an ESA50 three months before retirement, with the current delays in the system, they would not even complete the process before they started to receive their pension.
