Still no news. I want to find out what has been said so I have time to make a rebuttal if I need to. I know the decision maker takes a lot of notice of the Atos HCP, but do they take their report over and above the medical evidence and PIP application form?
I may be a cynic, but I fully believe the HCP has put in a report that ignores everything I wrote in the application form, says my medical conditions have no effect, and I need no help with anything.

All I can suggest is that you chase the DWP for the report.

Cheers. I'll give 'em another call on Monday. Meanwhile I think I'll contact my MP and update him on the situation.

I phoned this morning; the operator said he could see my request for a copy but could shed no light on whether it had been sent out. He said he would put another request in and I should have it in a few days.
The results of the DWP decision should be here soon as well, although he did say I should get my copy before they come in.

Got a letter from the DWP saying that had all the info they need to make a decision and there is no need for me to contact them. All very well, I do not have all the info I need to question their decision if it goes against me. The guy I spoke to yesterday said I would get a copy of the assessment before I get the decision, but it is looking tight. I got high rate mobility and low care a quarter of a century ago. Since then I have got a lot worse, and I have done all the dummy tests and they say I should get enhanced mobility and am on the line between standard and enhanced depending on how they view my unstable angina.

I would expect a Decision Letter in the next couple of weeks.
