When I looked at the members guide on filling in the pip 2 form it says to supply all relevant supporting evidence, it says nowhere that you should havè to worry that "Confidential' or "in Confidence" letters you all ready have can be rejected.
I will try to contact the dwp or a welfare rights organization to get a definative answer?

Regards Karen

Karen, it will be interesting what you can find out as I was worried regarding this issue like yourself? I did send mine in to PIP with the form and for what I reckon only Capita shaw them an d not the CM. I was luck with Capita they did a proper report and gave me ongoing award with advice not to review me again and the CM agreed with them. So I guess I was luck. But I'm still going to get mine all change just to Whome it may concern for my ESA when it's due to be on the safe side, at least I know then the CM or DMs at the DWP can and will be allowed to see them not just the Assesment providers.

I was formely known as (GoingOffMyHeadWithThisGovernment) Won PIP November 2017 ongoing award HR both. Now kept and got my ESA Support group but took a while.
